I am a glass half full kind of person, pretty spontaneous, but very down to earth. I enjoy the outdoors, fishing, camping, hiking, etc. Good food and good beer are important, good friends are imperative.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Mostly hosting, done a little surfing, and I cruise the message boards every now and then. I just like the idea of helping out travelers with the "local ins" exploring the real culture away from the tourist traps. That is the kind of traveling I enjoy and if I can help someone else experience that, great!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Those whom I've met so far have been great and I'm excited for more great experiences! It seems the majority of request are for surfers in Seattle, but I'm always looking forward to someone who wants to experience the Eastside!
