ABOUT ME

I grew up on the west coast of Canada going backpacking with my father through the coastal mountains every weekend. I continually want to extend that sense of adventure and yearning for knowledge throughout my daily life. I like nothing more than being placed in a completely unknown situation and sorting myself out. I'm planning on heading to medical school in australia in 2011 and want to soak up as much random fun in between as possible!

PHILOSOPHY

Be truly open as you listen- welcome all new knowledge and philosophy, let it mingle with your own views and watch as they interact. As these thoughts assimilate, your own outlook is tested and thus continually reclarified.

And have fun. Plain and simple.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

-Synchronized electrical activity restored to a brain following the removal of a tumor.

-Falling through the clouds while skydiving over fjords in Norway

-Scubadiving with groupers that were larger than me

-Dangled my legs over Preikestolen just as the sun came out

I'm down to teach yoga and whatever you can squeeze out of what I remember from my degree!
