ABOUT ME

Adventure-bound, veg-eating, dog-loving, knowledge-seeking, tree-hugging traveler. I garden, read anything I can get my hands on and generally stay on the move. I've got a hippie soul grown in the heat of the south and find it impossible to resist a wild idea. Got some roots here in Orlando and still find new places in the cracks and crevices of this big city.

PHILOSOPHY

The graveyard is full of people who thought they had time.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host and surf when possible. Happy to host a surfer or two on the weekends and show them a little southern hospitality. Looking forward to meeting new people via surfage on future travels.

All my CS'ing experiences have been very positive.

Science, travel, anything with a motor, the outdoors, cooking, vegetarianism, hiking, camping, canoeing, reading, spending time with the pup, movie nights at home, bonfires, fall, roadtrips, being physically active and learning.

Movies: Fried Green Tomatoes, Eat Pray Love

Music: Literally anything. I can sway to the beat Marley, rock to some Seger, sing along to a little Chesney or focus on a project with the melodies of Mozart.

Books: If it has words, I will read it. But I enjoy travel, inspiration and educational mags/books/articles. Current read: Planetwalker
