About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to sponge it all up: smells, feelings awckwardness, h also to shake myself and others out of the daily habitual traps we have gotten stuck in (it's those moments we just live and don't think about because we have already lived them again and again)
Interests
I love playing the banjo, riding bikes, sewing, almost anypart of the film/videomaking process, sound, sounds!, history and how we live with it, memories/dreams, hiking/camping, fires (they have a wonderfull way of keeping you warm, and making a very inviting space, where nothing or anything can be said, and every fire is different!)
I love long bus rides. They have a unique and potent intimacy. The kind you find in subways and long lines. There is something about this experience (of being on a dark bus in the middle of the night crossing a cool moonlit landscape while sitting next to some sleeping people and some peope who can't sleep) which fills up my heart like not alot else.
rusted paper clips: I think these wonderfull objects keep finding their way into my heart and because of that my window sill (if I happen to have one) because they are abeautifull reminder that things change and they are also reminders of how we try to keep things from changing by holding on so tightly that we forget to appreciate the randomness and chaotic elements of live that are so very different than the narrow world of our likes and dislikes which we surround ourselves with quite often.
