ABOUT ME

Hi,

well where to start? my name is johannes, i love the small things in life: like the smell of a freshly cut lawn , i hate people with music on to loud in the subway and people which do not take butter under their chocolate spread. but that is not all about me...

people say about me that I am very open minded and easy to talk with because and that I can assure I am interested in a lot of topics. Whenever I have some spare time I try to get somewhere new and I do not care how. Wether by car, plane, hitch hiking bike... as long as I get there at some point :)
besides i am still a student in aerospace engineering trying to build planes that are capable of flying (helps for all you travellers) and tend to change cities very quickly because of slight changes in my mood :)

well obviously i enjoy travelling or rather "being on the road" and not knowing where to be next.

i am looking forward to get to know some of u guys in person and real live ... all this virtual personality is always a little confusing!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well for the moment I offer a couch as often as it is possible for me.

I hosted quite a few people in Montreal, Canada with my flatmate...

That is exactly where I was convinced by the idea of couchsurfing!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couch surfing supporter! Had a great time in eastern europe in 2010 with so many hosts.
Got into it when my roommate in Canada hosted people in our flat, and started to like the idea of getting to know people and showing them around those awesome places you call home (at least for the moment)

Intereses

Well... Travelling obviously, I do a lot of hiking, skiing and climbing if I have any mountains around my homeplace. (That is why I want to get back to Munich pretty soon!)

I got into slacklining recently, but need to get my head into it more often otherwise it is just one of these fall-off-every-2-seconds

Besides that I do not tend to stay at home at night :)

big fan of woody allen films! nobody will ever be able to match his humour.

Music... everything that has a great melody or something special about it... not really fixed to a certain style but live music is always better!!!
