Howdy!
I am currently a graduate student at the University of Washington, Seattle. I've lived all over: Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York City. I love reading, hiking, mountains, skiing, volunteer work, Buddhism, Shamanism, modern dance, mid century modernism, design, jogging, hot springs, and overall i love traveling and meeting people and sharing ideas. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
i can host travelers in seattle for up to 2 nights. I have a lovely house, and 2 roomates. There is a living room that will be all yours with a patio to drink your coffee and nature to hike in and a nearby beach.

i love international film, documentaries, andy warhols bizarre flicks; i love international and folk music, celtic music, classical music, scandanavian and nordic music; i read all types of literature for my classes, but i love emily dickinson, frost, hawthorne, im writing about utopian masculinity in his blithedale romance; terry tempest williams, which is an eco-feminist novel, and leslie marmon silko's ceremony, a native american book on stories as ceremony, etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
skiing in telluride; hawaii; my first masters degree was an amazing accomplishment; grand canyon; paris, london, the hill of tara outside of dublin; the cathedral at cologne, germany;
Teach, Learn, Share
i could teach about holistic communities in the US, ive been to several, such as the omega institute for holistic studies. i could say a few things about american literature, and eco-criticism; i would love to learn more about international politics and philosophy, about green movements and individual countries and towns.
