Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
It would be great to try this out, and save some money to use to travel. My expectations are not high, just need a safe clean place to lay my head... In return I can offer a great tour of a natural Florida destination : )
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
from this site yes once, a nice woman called Alexis Tristan. I have had plenty of couchsurfers at my house over the years, but not from a website lol.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have traveled to Washington State several times, and have many friends in the awesome glass community of the world.
Teach, Learn, Share
The first time I traveled to Seattle, I was offered a free ride in a bike taxi when I had little money as a traveling student. I accepted, but my friend declined. She was from Europe, and thought "the only thing free is cheddar in a mouse trap". I asked him "do you know a cheap place to eat?" We ended up eating good and had lunch together and eventually even took a free ride. He was very helpful with no hidden agenda or "mouse traps" just to help a fellow human in need. After returning home, I started my own bike taxi company and offer free rides. It keeps me physically and mentally in shape, a real win win. Some days I see a hundred travelers and each person teaches me something, even if I can't remember every face.
