Responsible, fun, and very (sometimes overly) determined! There are three of us that all live together and collectively as a group people would probably call us adventurous. Always outdoors, riding motorcycles, taking trips, and enjoying life!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We want to host travelers from around the world so that we can show them how amazing Maui is and in return get information on other parts of the world that we will soon be traveling to.

I have a lot of friends that have used CS, although this is our first time hosting!

Interests

I have a strong love for the ocean! We all do... As captain of 2 commercial vessels, my work keeps me out on the water almost daily! Two of us are also SCUBA instructors and all three of us spend a lot of time SCUBA diving! Traveling, the ocean, adventure, a good challenge, and religion all grab my attention and make my life engaging.

Music, Movies, and Books

We all listen to a diverse range of music, we read adventurous and how-to type books, and watch lots of action movies!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Face-to-face with a mom and calf humpback whale on Oahu! What a humbling experience!!! On a 22-mile hike along the Na Pali Coast of Kauai: rainbows, waterfalls, lush green jungle! I felt like I was in another world! Finally, every day I captain a vessel on the Maui waters I take a look at life and realize I am truly blessed!

Teach, Learn, Share

through this program myself and the others I live with will be able to show travelers, and those interested, all the fun parts of Maui that your average tourist would not encounter. Hikes, boating, SCUBA, etc. Whatever your interest is, Maui is a great place to do it. From this we are hoping to gain knowledge of the outside world, and ideas on where to travel!
