Please note for potential guests. By contacting me you agree to some basic rules:
I do not provide house keys but I work from home so I am home often.
Short showers.
When requesting you must provide the arrival time to Porto and arrival time to my place. I am on the subway (metro) system and the subway does go to airport. The airport has free wifi.
If I accept your request you will confirm 3 days in advance else you understand that our arrangement is canceled. I may be able to still accommodate but you and I will consider it a new request if you do not confirm 3 days in advance as agreed.
On arrival date, if you are late, you agree to provide me advance notice that you are late, and you agree to provide me a reasonable expected time to arrive. I had a guy once I hosted come late and rescheduled meeting me many times and I would like to avoid that happening again. Please include the word "peace" in your request to show me you got to this point :)
