Hello Dear Couchsurfers, My name is Juan Piedra, I am from Ecuador and I am 39 years old.
About my international experiences I can mention that I studied a two-year Master in Sustainable Development in Utrecht-Netherlands from 2016 to 2018. Also, I’ve lived in Switzerland, Bolivia and in Israel for 6 months helping as a volunteer in the Kibbutz. I had the luck to visit several countries around the world and I’d like to keep discovering more in the future.

This time I’m coming back to the Netherlands in June 2022 to work, and I want to live in Amsterdam.

I consider myself to be open minded, respectful and friendly, I enjoy meeting new people, I also like to get out of my comfort zone and face new challenges.

I enjoy any form of art expression, visiting museums, getting to know the history of the places I visit, discovering new music (love live music), going out at night, party and dance. I practice some sports: soccer, skateboarding, cycling; I also like to watch combat sports and I practice some myself.

I like pretty much any kind of music that makes me feel something, but normally I listen to electronic music, hip hop (I do some freestyle myself-just for fun though), rock, alternative, reggae, salsa and tropical music (no brainer, I am south-American :)). I like to read about social Psychology, novels, self motivation. Best movies: Fight Club, Natural born killers, American Beauty, Forrest Gump, Interstellar.
