Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed in Korea, met up with couch surfers for a drink or two and have hosted several surfers in Omaha. I started the Omaha CS group and helped to create a local Omaha CS community. I just moved to Madison and haven't participated here yet. I am hoping to meet some local CSers and share some interesting life and travel stories.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I learned of couch surfing when traveling to Mongolia. Then I decided to create an account and try it out for my next adventure. It ended up to be a wonderful experience. My friends and I later met up with the previous hosts in another city! I met up with a CSer while traveling in Puerto Rico. I have also met up with CSers in the Omaha area. I am looking forward to entertaining more couch surfers in the great midwestern city of Omaha!

Interests

Playing and watching sports (especially soccer!), traveling, dancing, meeting new people, reading, listening to music... the basics.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music but especially enjoy country, hip-hop, and latin. Kind of a strange mix. I read often, mostly self improvement books. I like the dumb stupid movies, drama, and the ones that bring out emotion. I am not a fan of sci-fi or horror.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think staying in a Yurt/Ger in Mongola with a family was pretty awesome!
