CURRENT MISSION

To drive a 1982 VW aircooled Vanagon Westfalia named Charlie to South America.
The journey is currently underway. My girlfriend, Jahliele, and I quit our jobs, left our home in Northern Canada, for the open road.

About Us:

Jeff: Adventure sport enthusiast always looking to try a new sport or indulge in a new food dish.

Jahliele: A beautiful soul skilled in Yoga and Energy Therapy. Positive vibes are constantly radiating from Jahliele. Skilled in preparing tasty vegetarians meals from the inside of a van .

We are currently in Peru.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Locals know best. I want to experience the world through the eyes of the local people that inhabit this planet. Traveling is not about the places, its about the people ....and the food.

Couchsurfing has been tremendously rewarding as we have travelled from Canada to Peru ( we will continue to couch surf as we make our way south in our van). We have indulged in the best Taco's in Guadalajara, eaten home-made ceviche on the beaches of Ensanada during Semana Santa, met beautiful souls throughout the world, been invited into beautiful homes to meet even more beautiful people.

Outdoor enthusiast. Kite surfing, surfing, hiking, mountain biking, camping, snowboarding, yoga, scuba diving. Always interested in learning new sports/acivities.

I've worked some of the world's most inhospitable areas: the Canadian Arctic and the Sahel Region of Burkina Faso.

I'm always learning. I'm especially interested in learning about cultures, local history, new sports, trying new food, and learning about local politics.

Jahliele is a newly accredited Sivananda Yoga Instructor and trained in the art of Healing Touch.
