About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Eat the greatest foods every country has to offer!

ABOUT ME

Worked as an International Adventure Guide for Study Abroad Students for two years. I love to travel and meeting new people! I'm a super nice, outgoing guy, and have a great appreciation for new cultures, cities, and experiences! I am very neat and respectful of other people's space and won't come back too late unless we go out and party all night together!

I'm from East Bay San Francisco and graduated from University of California Santa Barbara with a double major in Economics and Accounting.

Simply a sailor exploring the seven seas searching for an 8th.

PHILOSOPHY

sonder:
n. the realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own populated with their own ambitions, friends, routines, worries and inherited craziness an epic story that continues invisibly around you like an anthill sprawling deep underground, with elaborate passageways to thousands of other lives that youll never know existed, in which you might appear only once, as an extra sipping coffee in the background, as a blur of traffic passing on the highway, as a lighted window at dusk.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surfing, seeing the world, and making it that much smaller with the bridges built during the adventure.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couch Surfed a bit up in the Pacific Northwest in the States. 10 weeks CSing through Germany, Scandinavia, and Iceland. Hosted a few people in my flat it Rome and Florence.

Music, Movies, and Books

Game of Thrones, Ender and Bean Series, mostly fiction.
Bloc Party, Daft Punk, Bon Iver, Jack Johnson, really anything chill unless I'm out.
I love Comedies like Super Troopers, 21 Jump Street, Superbad, Beerfest, but Leonardo DiCaprio is the greatest actor of our generation!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen the sunset in three oceans, witnessed sunrise out of the Mediterranean countless times!
I've showed tons people the time of their lives, and taught even more collegiate level Economics and Accounting.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like doing some research before I go to the city and marking those points on my offline map on my tablet. Combined with the real time gps, going to those great researched places becomes a breeze.
