ABOUT ME

Thank God Mum sent me to Girl Scouts as the concept of be prepared and there will always be a way round things has been very helpful in travelling and life.
I'm a pretty happy go lucky kind of person, have a pretty good sense of humour (at least I think) always try to accommodate most people but not scared to put my foot down if they start taking the piss.
Will give almost anything a go at least once.

PHILOSOPHY

Most of the usual sayings: Work hard, play hard. Treat others how you expect to be treated. Live, love, laugh and probably the most important "We're here for a good time, not a long time"

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Having surfed randomly during my trip for a year, met such awesome and genuine people could not help but be inspired. Not only have hosts been very generous with their homes and time, I have made some really good friends. This is also true of the people I have hosted.

兴趣

Everything but nothing specific I dabble a lot, but love children and animals as they have a unique perspective on the world. Very versatile palette in regards to alcohol, food and music. Just so you know the dog in photo had passed so only memories present.

音乐、电影和书籍

There is such a wide range - it really depends on my mood on the day. Movies and books I guess I like thrillers where you are always trying to think you can guess the ending and then you are completely wrong. A real comedy though sometimes this can be challenging to find. True stories and biographies are sometimes interesting and then I enjoy things based on absolute fantasy.
Music I guess I tend to sway to the older rock but also enjoy blues, jazz, classical. To be fair if it has a beat I will enjoy it.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Search for something new. Quit my job, put shit in storage, jump on a plane and hope for the best. I've been fortunate to meet the most passionate and inspiring people and can only try to forward the experience couchsurfing has given me.

I enjoy meeting anyone who can teach me a new skill, philosophy or one of those "good to know" life tips. I think everyone can teach you something if you listen hard enough.
