ABOUT ME
I try to live by the words of the late James Dean: "Dream as if you will live forever, live as if you will die today." I dream about all of the things that i want to do and learn in my life. There are so many places and cultures that i want to experience, so many interesting people that i have yet to meet. There are also so many things i want to learn, i read a lot of philosophy and do research that brings me closer to understanding nature on its most fundamental level (i'm a particle physicist by the way). I try to live my life to its fullest every day by traveling, adventuring outdoors and meeting new people. I love exploring nature through hiking, camping, mountain biking, kayaking etc. But I also enjoy the nightlife, going out and meeting new people. I often go out to bars, pubs, concerts and sometimes even dance clubs. But at the same time i'm just as happy staying in and watching a movie or reading a good book.
PHILOSOPHY
The more you learn, the more you experience the more beautiful your world becomes!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I haven't yet, but i would like to! I have recently joined the ATLAS experiment which is located at CERN just outside of Geneva. I will be making my first trip there this summer which will be my first time outside of Canada (I've been to the US since i basically live on the boarder but that doesn't really count!). I plan to take some time off while I'm there so i can travel around Europe and since i've heard good things about CS from friends and family i though i might give it a try.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
i'm still pretty new to this...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been places in northern Canada that very few people have ever seen, places that have remained completely untouched by human beings. To me this is pretty amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would like learn about the places and people that i visit. What the locals do in their free time for fun and how their culture may differ from mine.
I guess i could tell you pretty much anything you would like to know about physics, math, and computers. But don't worry i won't unless you ask!
