ABOUT ME

As a veritable vagabond, I am happiest when I am meeting myself in the world around me. During the academic year, I teach at the university as I work to finish my doctorate in linguistics. The summers bring me the most pleasure as I am free to roam about the world simply and freely with my backpack. Travel is a microcosm of life...fleeting and magical, and I am fortunate to have followed paths in Mexico, Central America, and Europe. Asia just may be next.
