I've been on and off couchsurfing but despite my long "breaks" my experience has been extremely possitive and I've met some great people here.

Having found my peace of mind, I'm opening myself to the world again and the otherness of the others. And CS is an excellent place just for that. I think that there is something peculiarly idiosyncratic in every person that could be fascinating to anyone who makes the effort to discover it. No man's an island, yet we're all a unique universe to explore.

I should warn you that I'm not a crazy party person, I like the occasional beer or wine and bars where people can talk, not scream. :)
