About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Contemplate the beauty and going to legoland

ABOUT ME

I thing my first goal in life is to learn everything... Hopefully, I able to be happy even if I'm not done with that yet! Meeting new people and having good conversation is the perfect way of learning.
I'm a cook because I love arts and sciences at the same time; because I love make people happy; because the best thing to share is a meal; because food it the first way to health; and because I can say that I'm studying when I go in a good restaurant!

PHILOSOPHY

Two of us are more than each of them. (from a Quebecer writer, Réjean Ducharme)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: folk, alternative, classic, every good text that goes with nice music, old french singers, very few pop, not like too much dance music either modern slow jazz.
Books: I read a lot, mostly novels of many kind, but I enjoy scientific stuff too, BD, fairy tales, fantasy, polar, etc!
Hate tv-zapping, love chosen movies, I don't mind putting my brain to off sometime with a movie, but I don't like to watch very stupid stuff

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Eating in Noma!

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I'm more or less specialized in medical stuff and cooking secrets, but I guess I can also teach needlework and knitting!

Share: Why to live if not to share? The best to share is a good meal with fantastic people!
