Overview
About Me
After graduating a bachelor's degree in law (at university of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne), I continued studies in town and country planning (and, environment) in Reims.
I lived the majority of time next to Montpellier (even I was born in Limoges).
I love travelling, discovering new cultures and new "horizons". I also appreciate being in harmony with nature. I enjoy going to theatre, to sport events or concerts.
I love music in general, and I play guitar, learn bass guitar and ukulele.
Besides, I'm a scout.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because house in the inhabitant's housing is the better way to discover a country, an area and its culture, its customs and his way of life.

Music, Movies, and Books
From classical to US rap, but I don't really enjoy electro or pop. One of my favourite band is Muse. I really appreciate some french classical songs as Jacques Brel.
As for books, I have a preference for philosophical books (as Paulo Coelho or Henry David Thoreau) or essays (particularly on economy). I don't really read detective novels (except Sherlock Holmes!).
I also read Russian tales (Dostoyevsky or Tolstoy).
As movies, I love "real" movies (about real facts or societal facts) and English comedies.
My favourite movie is "Into the wild".
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Recently (may 2015), I did a bicycle touring with a friend. We were biking during 267 kms in three days with baggage on the two sides of the bike and with a backbag, and we ended the trek with 110 kms the last day (yeah its not a huge perform comparing to what do professionals...), with about 500 meters of difference in height. We arrived at the final point at about 10 pm, and as I was so tired that I became a bit out of my mind...
Obviously, the goal of the tour was not to be in this condition ! (it was to discover landscapes, to be in direct contact with nature and local people.)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach french (I really enjoy teaching in general, even if I don't know if I'm a very good teacher!), I can also learn guitar and the basis of music (music theroy) as music is almost all my life.
I also can teach some basic knots (actually, especially one but it's a very useful knot for wood buildings).
Finally, I can learn some specific skills in ping-pong (I really enjoy this sport which can be very physical, contrary to what people can believe!).
What I Can Share with Hosts
During the school year, I live in a studio, located near to the city center of Reims (about 5 minutes walk from the cathedral), in a district called "Hincmar" . But, generally, during holidays, I live principally to my parent's house in Castelnau-le-Lez near from Montpellier. (It might be possible to host someone in this city but with the inconvenience to be with dad and mum...)
