About Me
Hi :) I'm a very spontaneous, adventurous and open-minded person. Unfortunately or not, I defy almost all the stereotypes for a Chinese girl. This might be due to the lack of parental control from studying/working abroad alone since the age of 15. I need traveling in my life - it's my way of recharging and appreciating different perspectives of the world. The best way to explore a place in my opinion is to live there like a local without prebooked hotels and guided tours. As much as I like to see the world with my friends, I love traveling alone as well. I believe this is when you are forced to open up to new experiences, talk to strangers who may turn out to be lifelong friends, and of course have your seat taken when you go to the toilet. I have a wide range of interest, from playing the violin to boxing, but since I have the attention span of a babe, there are only few things that I'm expert at - one of which being over cooking rice.
