Over the past years of my life, I learned that the movement process describes a profound relationship between the body and mind

By sensing, reaching, rolling, crawling ... Falling, repeat.
I was born curious and obsessed with discovering the human body, I practiced and am still practicing so many disciplines in sports. I believe that we got a lot of movabilities but we became the prisoners of our mind in a damaged body.

I currently research in movement. I teach people, athletes and kids how to discover and increase their movement abilities in order to maintain a healthy life, free of pain.
