Hi, my name is Jeanette, I'm from Spain and actually I'm 24 years old. I'm from the Basque Country in the north of Spain. It's a wonderful place and I hope you have the opportunity to visit it.

I'm graduate in Social Worker career. I love enjoy my time with people and help them. This is a really vocational profession, and some time a little bit hard, but I love my work.

Actually I'm living in USA as au pair, so I'm learning English and TRAVELING. I like traveling a lot to know places and people. I don’t care about of the beach, city or mountain, because I like all of them. I like spending time with my family and my friends, I am so reliable and helpful and I am always ready to help people. I am a very good friend of my friends and I am always with a smile in my face which I think that it is so important to be always fine. So I consider myself a loving, happy, positive, responsible, very patient and sometimes a little bit shy. In addition I am very curious and I am always willing to learn new things

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have listen about Couchsurfing by a friend. She had a really good experience and I think that I can find surely interesting people to met when I'm traveling and also when the rest of the people is traveling. I think that the people who enjoy Couchsurfing loves travel and know new people so I think that I can absolutely fit into this world.

Interests

Refering about my hobbies and interests, I am a normal girl with simply hobbies. I like to spend time with my friends and with people in general so usually I like to go movies with them, have a dinner and then if we want to go party and dancy we sometimes go out a little bit or just spend hours and hours laughing and talking abaut everything. I also like to play with my dog, which is a good kind of exercise, going for a walk, go to the mountain,... When I am alone I like to listen music an read.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite Music is a spanish rock group Extremoduro and the singer Malu. The kind or music are very different but I love to listen all the kinds of music.

My favorite movie is "Hachico". I love the animals.

And my favorite book is "La sombra del viento" of Carlos Ruiz Zafon. Spanish written too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Omg! this is a hard question! I think that thanks of my work I have help a people who really need and for my that is the most. Feel really full of happiness when the other one get their goal and you are part of it.

I love cooking, so if you want to lear how to make spanish omelet "tortilla de patatas" this is a great opportunity for you =). Also if you want practice Spanish or Basque we can do it together.
