I’m 29 years old, originally from Long Island, New York (about 70km east of NYC). Last year I quit my career and traveled as long as I could - I went to 22 countries in 5 months! Now I’m working and taking short trips when I can. About me as a person - I'm a foodie and a craft beer enthusiast. For fun I like a lot of different things such as board games, paddle boarding, laying in my hammock, and hiking with my dog, but my favorite thing to do is simply hang out with friends and laugh. I pride myself on being someone who has a good and honest heart, who "keeps it real", and who is considerate of others. Deep conversations > small talk. After having a bad couch surfing experience (my 1 bad reference is from a shitty person who harassed me after I left early) I’m hesitant to surf again but would like to be open to hosting and sharing my awesome city with travelers as others have done for me.
