Aright...here we go.. short or long..

I love people and relationships of all kinds are superinteresing. Sometimes challenging but enriching when you see the lessons for you...:)

I am open, curious, caring, happy and very grateful for my life.

I am colourful...here you meet a spontanous, childish, goofy, social one who loves improtheater, singing, dancing, comedies ...As well as meditative, yogic, deep and curious about the mystery of life...both sides or outgoing and inward/refelcting are equally important to me.

After a few years of working and living abroad I have now been in Stockholm for one year and happily sharing my love and energy in Sweden, but I prefer the heat so will def. live abroad in the colder season in the near future...:)

PHILOSOPHY

I believe we are here as spirits, choosing to grow, enjoy and create who we are...I believe we have lived many lives but doesn't really matter. What matters is the now and how we choose to live and vibrate here! That creates the future..;)

I love awareness...I believe is the first key to happiness. All is a reflection of our inside....It's all about becoming aware about ourselves and where we are focusing...and that we are fully capable of chaning the world into a more peaceful place. " Peace starts in everyones heart"./Dalai Lama. It all starts with ourselves.

Since five years back I eat vegetarian/vegan food since I feel the animals lives are equally important as ours.

CS is amazing! The idea and concept is brilliant....to share and build bridges and learn from each other instead of separating is what this world needs today.
I have been on traveling foot for long but now I am here to stay for a while so I am happy to host you if you feel the connection!

Stayed with Praticina in Brasilia in november- amazing girl and host!! Def. set my own hosting standard;) also had some sweet encounters in GBG!:)

Interests

I love to be around people who are happy in their own skin, who have found their happiness/passions...:) Dancing (salsa, kizomba, trance, contact dancing..any sort of dance;) singing, walking, exploring, hiking, surfing, playing theater, reading, meditating, yoga, cooking, make parody of characters, giving free hugs or anything that makes people happy, seen and feel loved....and l love to learn new things.

Music, Movies, and Books

If I take my time to watch movies or tv (too seldom) it's usually documentaries, comedies, some chic-flicks now n then to feed my romantic side....Stand-up comedy and Improtheater is good fun ..:)

Musicwise- When it comes to clubbing I love clubmusic (hardtrance is prob. favourite but love salsa, kizomba and RnB too)...otherwise relaxing, chillout, alternative flows easily here. I have realised that I love vinyl stuff the last couple of years though..:D the happy 50, 60 and 70s...:) good fun!:D

Bookwise .... all books that makes my consciousness and heart expand..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've travelled to a few places ...there are so many beautiful spots and crazy things to explore. 10 years ago I was more into the adventure side of life....believing I would find my peace and joy there but realised that it couldnt be found outside,so today I would probably go (If and when I will...) to more powerful/ancient places...where I can strengthen my inner connection with myself, more than focusing on outer impressions.
John of God in Brasil is one of those powerplaces...:) Next trip might be to in India...visit the hoods of Osho...who knows...I am living moment by moment....

Since one year back we are giving free hugs in Stockholm...I love that...:) Don't know if it's amaxing ...but it feels amazing to see and meet my still not known brothers and sisters and connect...make peeple feel seen. People are craving it... <3

Teach, Learn, Share

I believe awareness is the first step to true peace, joy and inner freedom. The more conscious we get about what we are holding on to and what we believe about ourselves, the quicker we can shed all that is not true about us. We are here to remember who we truly are....If you would come here we would probable learn a lot from eachother ..:) Nothing is a coincidence.
