Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me, travelling is all about humans, relations and friendships. I don't really care about the bed. CS hosts are not free hostels. CS is a international cultural exchange program. I want to talk with my host/guest and connect with them. I am on CS because I want to meet people with differents backgrounds so we can share some knowledge, some good times and life experiences.

I believe that humans are one family and CS is a great way to meet new family members. 😁

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a huge fan of books. It is actually the only thing valuable that I own. I have tons of them, ranging to classic litterature to obscur philosphical books. I especially like the old ones, because they have history in themselves. My budget actually suffers from all theses books...

Regard to music, I love all type and genres, except maybe metal, but I do "get it". It is just not my mood. Since I worked in a radio, I have a huge range of taste. I prefer when it's funky and original. Classics are the best, whatever the genre.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Canada, I go camping during winters, under -25°C temperature. Very refreshing! 😁
I'm also learning my 5th language 🙊 But I aim for 6!

Teach, Learn, Share

Learning is at the center of my life. Everyday, I try to learn something new. It could be a single word, a new meal or a new way of thinking, but the more you know, the more you live.
And since we all have different backgrounds here, we have all something to teach other. I hope I can teach you something!
