ABOUT ME

Well.....I think they'd say that I am kind and compassionate, and pretty devoted to my spiritual path and service, that I'm really responsible and reliable, that I'm pretty smart and know my way around.....they might also say that I can be a lot of fun and outgoing, that I have silly sense of humor and love to laugh, that I have really good ideas. I'm very easy-going,it takes a lot to make me mad and I always try to understand where another person is coming from, but I will stand up for myself if I need to. I also can be very quiet and introspective....somtimes I need to "hide" for a while and regroup, but love to be with people too. I really am basically a "lover not a fighter" and will do whatever I can to help someone else.... Sensitive, a "feeler", love animals and kids (most of the time:-), I'm basically easy to get along with. Very independent, love to explore on my own, but also like to have company, just depends on the day. I've had a lot to overcome in my life, but I have hung in, worked hard, and stayed around to see how it all turns out....:)

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that everyone is basically good, even though it may not look that way, there are things that happen in our lives that make us hurt each other, but I believe we can be free of those things and move to a level of peace and freedom for everyone. I want to be that peace, freedom and love in the world.

Interesses

I am an alternative practitioner who uses EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as "tapping")and other energy psychology techniques to work with anyone who has an issue they would like to resolve, and with those who have experienced trauma, especially war veterans who have post traumatic stress disorder. I love doing this work, and I spend time studying and learning more about it and how best to assist people with trauma. This makes me happy! I am most concerned with expanding my consciousness, and in being ALL of who I am. Wow! These things must make me sound pretty serious, but really, I am a joker, a lover of life, I love to laugh, I don't like serious movies that "make me think", I LOVE movies that uplift me and/or make me laugh, and I love to be entertained. I am very happy in nature, love to go for nature walks. Very amateur photographer but love to take pictures and share them. Appreciate art, love to go to galleries and see what's there, like museums, love to read and write, am also an amateur artist, use various media to create my own primitive style of art. I exercise every day by dancing to LOUD
Rock and Roll, and I enjoy this very much! I am curious about everything, spend a good amount of time online just seeing what there is to find out about....though I'm not a "techie", I REALLY appreciate the expansion of technology and knowledge, and am constantly amazed at all the new
and astonishing things being created and dicovered!

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

Stood in the foothills of the Himalayas looking up at Mt. Everest; seen the Mona Lisa up close and personal when it was still just hanging on the wall; working with war veterans and supporting them in releasing battle trauma, probably the most rewarding thing I've ever done, except for the births of my two sons -- there has been nothing else to really compare with this.
