I was born in India but am a mixture of British and Indian. We call ourselves Anglo Indians. I lived in Australia for over 30 years and am now living in Ecuador, South America in a little town with a very good community of expats from the US, Canada, Australia and Europe. I'm an extremely healthy and fit 72 year old and don't believe that age can deter anything. I still play sports, do yoga and zumba every night. I love meeting people of different cultures and learning about their countries, experiences and having interesting and deep conversations.

I am vegan and sometime vegetarian.

I love doing something different which is a bit out of the box. I have tried travelling in groups but you don't really get to know the locals as well as I would like to, sharing in their experiences, getting to know their art and culture and hearing their stories.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love any music I can dance to and even soft listening music. I love movies that move my heart, that make me think and have a lesson in it for me. I do admire good acting as well. There are so many books I love - The Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton; You are the Placebo by Joe Dispenza and all his other books; A Return to Love by Marianne Williamson; The Road Less Travelled by Scot Peck and all his other books, like a Different Drum, In Search of Stones, Further Along the Road Less Travelled, etc., All the Conversation with God books, Dance of Anger/Connection/Intimacy/Deception by Harriet Lerner and her other books. And a whole heap more.
