One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

the rocks in Florida, the sunset and the snow at home, the smell of fresh bread in Paris, sky diving, swimming in the ocean wherever it is, eating cherries from the trees, taking the plane, hich hiking in BC and Alberta... not being able to choose one best moment.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know about nutrition and obviously still learn about eat.. I guess I know lots of things that I could share.. and I definitly would love to learn about what you know...lets say we just need a glass of water, glass of milk, coffe, tea, prune juice and I guess teaching learning and sharing get all mix together.
