I am a creative person, inspired by movement, breath and community. I have worked as a server, a theatrical costume designer, a preschool teacher, a yoga teacher, a hoopdance entertainer, and a bodyworker. I am passionate about continuing to learn and to play. I make as much of my life about play as possible. Currently I am primarily a preschool yoga teacher, as well as teaching adults yoga, teaching and entertaining through hoopdance, and practicing eastern styles of bodywork. I love to sing, dance, drum, share time, food, work and play with friends. I am grateful to be alive and to be connected.

I have designed, started, and am leading a preschool yoga program at a school where I used to teach. I am so happy and grateful to be sharing yoga with 16 classes of amazing little yogis!
