About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to see the world , naturally.

ABOUT ME

Open-minded, caring, outgoing, friendly, spontaneous, fun !

PHILOSOPHY

Go big...or go bigger.
Living in the moments we create is what keeps us happy and by reaching our highest potential and going for all that we can live up to do, I believe will keep us balanced and euphoric beings.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've caught the bug. Couchsurfing has widened my perspective on the countries I've visited. I've met the most amazing individuals because of CS and feel so fortunate that I can experience local expertise on places I am traveling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Thus far I've had only amazing experiences couchsurfing all over Europe, Morocco and Israel! Some of my hosts have become good friends that I like to keep in contact with and have shared amazing memories.

Interests

I am ready to hop on a plane, be immersed in new culture and engage with every person I meet.

  • culture
  • dancing
  • cooking
  • traveling
  • tennis

Music, Movies, and Books

Music can take me over most days. Oldies, bluegrass, rock, pop, folk, latino, classical.. I dabble in electronic/dub and country is still soso in my books.
I like a good dramatic film with twists.
I'm into nonfiction, but honestly am the slowest reader so usually have 5 books going at the same time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I taught english in a village in Tamale, Ghana and spent a day with the women. Their daily routine started at dawn where they walked to retrieve water miles away from their village, carried the gallons on their heads, cooked for their husband and 6-10 children, produced shea butter through manual labor from the morning till dawn, then cooked more, all with a smile on their faces and good humor. It was truly remarkable and inspiring.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to dance. I'm a tennis player. I'm an exCampCounselor and can make a mean friendship bracelet and I love cooking!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my experiences and passions. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people especially when I have much to learn from them as well.
