ABOUT ME

Happy easy-going , helpful , attentive, good-mannered, wacky, that's basically me in a nutshell :p

I'm Jeantien or Tien for short and i'm from Holland

i work as a wardrobe assistent/dresser for musicals and theatre and there for i am abroad a lot of the time but it's very happy job because i get to travel , listen to great music and work with great wonderfull talented people;).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd really love to meet new people and friends in different countries and taste the culture .

I wanna explore the countries and cities with locals or like minded travelers and have a great time together :)

In the future i also want to host people but because i have no steady home at the moment and am away a lot for work abroad it's not possible at the moment.

But i would love to meet people during my worktravels also and maybe guide you when in Holland or the country i'm in at the moment or just hang out :D!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a great cook(is it okay to say that about yourself?:P) , i can cook about anything you like ( meat, vegetarian , vegan, ), European , various Asian dishes, Mexican, Italian ect.

I'm a fluent English speaker and a rather good German(not fluent/but good enough to make my self understandable) speaker also, so i can also teach you so basics in there .

I'm a Dutch native speaker so i teach you some fun things in Dutch also

What I Can Share with Hosts

Because of my job i travel a lot and we'd do get a certain amount of free tickets so if you like i can offer you a free ticket to see one the shows i work for ( depending on which country i'm in and if tickets are availible on certain dates and the amount of tickets , but we can talk about that, we usually get a fair amount tickets :).

I'm also a trained seamstress and i always travel with a sewing so i'm also able to fix your clothes if you like :P and as above i'm also a pretty good cook and i love to cook so if you like i can cook for you !
