Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If someone needs a sports' partner in the area, especially for climbing or hiking: here I am! I prefer to go running alone, but still, we could discuss routes, get each other motivated.
I like to go to the theater, opera, movies - so if you don't want to go alone, just drop me a line.

I'd like to offer a couch again - but for the moment I am setting up a new household and living in chaos myself. Just give me some time. ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met some great and friendly people via couch surfing.
I never had trouble finding trustworthy climbing partners - what's vitally important to me. ;)

I just started hosting/surfing in 2010, so my experiences aren't that stunning. But I am thrilled by the different, open-minded people one can meet. One week, three hosts, each time a completely different life-styles - you won't get that much in touch with your surroundings in a hotel, will you?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- a sunrise above the clouds (sadly only on a plane, I would really like to see that up in the mountains)
- climbing free solo, head free and focused, completely free of disturbing thoughts

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am getting quite good in vegan cooking and baking recently -- so if you're vegan or curious about trying a vegan meal/sweet, I am pretty sure, we can arrange something. :)
