About Me
CURRENT MISSION:
I haven’t really used this app since I sailed from Tasmania to Port Melbourne in a campervan, approximately a year and a half ago. So when I logged back in and scrolled down my about me section, I was reminded of how much this ‘Mainland’ adventure has changed me and my missions, thus causing me to delete it all, and start from scratch.
However, I’ve just knocked off a 12 hour night shift and am tired af, so I’m just gonna keep it simple: My mission is to land myself in a conventional bedroom, because I’ve definitely outgrown this whole #vanlife thing and it’s time for me to establish some stable accomodation. So if you can help me out, feel free to message on here, or call me on 0437100699, and/or add me on Facebook/insta @ Jebadi Phazer 🙏
PHILOSOPHY: we can get to all that stuff later ✌️

Music, Movies, and Books
Fast and rhythmic electronic music, distorted guitars and double kick pedals, and aggressive/gangster/inspirational lyrics (pretty much anything I can workout to). Outside of training time, anything minus R&B.
Anything Tarantino, anything with a very high IMDB/Rotten Tomato rating.
Non-fiction is my jam. Philosophy, psychology, general science. Anything that teaches me valuable information, inspires me, and helps me to improve my life.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As you stare down your opponent, waiting for that bell to ring, there is no place that you would rather be, or more specifically, no other place that even exists. When the bell rings, the collaboration of your body and mind goes to work, initiating attacks, reacting to your opponent’s movements, automatically calculating and establishing patterns.
Although it seems obvious that it’s you who is making the technical decisions, it does not feel like it. Moreover, it feels like someone else is making the choices for you – someone more calculated, someone more qualified - and you are just simply going with the flow. This is the mindful frequency when all your relevant experience, athletic potential, lessons, visualizations, and instinctual patterns of movement come into fruition, acting as one combined force of momentum.
When the moment is soulfully embraced, it’s an out of body experience where you are aware of everything that’s happening and every tool you have at your disposal. Yet, it feels so free and automatic, like you are watching yourself from 3rd person, playing yourself like a video game, pressing buttons where you see fit. It is a peaceful feeling, a state of complete access to the full spectrum of your physical potential; held back by no emotions, or disruptive thought, free to objectively express the most dangerous manifestation of your bodily functions and combative abilities at their ultimate efficiency.
