About Me

CURRENT MISSION

EAT A TACO ON EVERY CONTINENT

ABOUT ME

I am an avid learner and explorer. My mission is to eat a taco on every continent. I am kind, empathetic, and pretty funny too! ill use all your dishes cooking a half assed dinner but leave the kitchen cleaner than i found it! I have travelled to europe (spain france and italy along the mediterranean), SE asia (thailand, laos, vietnam) and all down the east coast of australia. Ive also been to every US state except hawaii, but one day im comin for them too! My next trip is to southern mexico, oaxaca in particular, and hopefully i find some buddies on here to put me up for a while. Im tall as hell, have super long hair and lots of cool (i.e. poorly done at home) tattoos. I can listen to almost any music, and play a lot of it too. lets hang out!

PHILOSOPHY

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently homeless so I cant host. i recently quit my job in oakland, california to travel the US for a few months before taking off for mexico.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Every house ive ever lived in has been a sort of DIY couchsurfing spot. I have never used this site, but through living in a series of large overpopulated punk houses I got in the habit of sharing space and everything else with large numbers of people. I dont bite! (aka i wont eat your food!)

Interests

you name it, i like it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

my best friend and I were wandering through the jungle in central laos and stumbled on a tiny village not on any map. they let us stay the night and fed us. we awoke around midnight to hear lots of laughing and singing. when we went out to investigate there was a baci ceremony in the hut next door. they invited us in, got us drunk and danced all night while tying our spirits back into our bodies with bits of string and coins. most excellent!!

Teach, Learn, Share

i can cook, bake, ride and fix bikes, sorta handy in a general way (sink clogged? i got you. something up too high to reach? im 6'4"!)
