Hi, I'm Jeff!

I grew up in a small town in the small state of New Hampshire. Living in New Hampshire made me appreciate lots of different aspects of nature. It was always pretty easy to head to the beach, go on hikes, and head to the mountains to go snowboarding or skiing. I have a great appreciation for NH but I had to go out and see something else. I moved to Portland, OR in 2012 to help further my career as a chef.

My roommate and good friend Ross turned me on to couch surfing. He has been an avid user for the past few years and when he moved in with me we started hosting. I have met some really awesome people this way and I think it's probably the best way to get to know, or least get a glimpse of, other people's culture.
