I'm a spontaneous individual who loves meeting everyone from all walks of life. Recently i have a passion for travelling and meeting locals and there families. I feel and been told couch surfing is the best way to do it.

My parents are from Hong Kong although i was born and raised in England, New Zealand and Hong kong. I am 28 years old although i still feel younger and would say life experiences has made me mature for my age.

My passion is sports i have played football all my life and taught and trained in karate for 3 years.

I am Asian so i am a massive food lover and would eat and cook anything.

Working and living in different countries has taught me that i have to adapt to different cultures so i feel my personality is definitely friendly and infectious.

That's basically about me without talking to much about myself. I am new to this so dont know exactly how it works. That is why im travelling to be out of my comfort zone and challenge myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have curenntly quite my job as a sports coach to pursue one of of my long time dreams to travel after university. i worked hard for 3 years and only recently took the plunge and travel for a good 3-4 years.

Since travelling around Asia i have met many amazing people introducing and recommending couchsurfing.

I love travelling although touristic places isnt my favourite activity.

Since working in Cambodia and Vietnam i have realised living and relaxing with the locals is the best way to gain knowledge about the culture and the locals.

I hope to meet many more interesting and exciting people around the world. I am originally from Hong kong so i hope people can enjoy my culture to :)

Interests

My main interests is sports and all kind of sports from football all the way snowboarding. I love being active so anyone who is sporty will be awesome. Some days i do enjoy relaxing and taking in the culture and scenery. I feel couchsurfing will give me the best of both worlds.

My other interests is FOOD! i am a massive food fan from cooking all to eating everything, anything wierd and wonderful will be fantasic. My family is from Asia so food is a big part of me.

I really enjoy socialising and genuinely interested about people and there life. Listening to people and their life is truly interesting.

I love tasting local alcohol i do like to drink but only to the extent of socialising.

Last and not least music! i cant play an instrument although i appreciate all music and how each culture has their own style of music.

Music, Movies, and Books

I do enjoy listening to Rnb to relax to and when i go out i listen to anything that gets me in the mood although as a favourite i was say dance/tech house music.

I would say i am a film GEEK! i would always be on the search for new films coming and and watching new trailers. I do have a soft spot for old classic films like Heat, goffather, forest gump etc. World films are also interesting even though i don't know what they're saying :)

I'm not a massive fan of books although if it is a self help book i would gladly read them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My main hobbie back in England is teach karate to everyone of all ages and sizes.

The most amazing achievement i have done and can highlight is working with children who have special needs. For example ADHD, autism and cerebral pausie.

The achievement is when certain children have a high learning difficulty and when you teach them a certain sport and for just a moment, less then a minute they take on board your instructions. It is the most satisfying feeling anyone could feel.

Teach, Learn, Share

I used to be a karate instructor so i hope to teach you self-defence and karate. I used to work in a restaurant so i want to teach you Chinese cuisine and as a massive foodie i would love to learn home cooking and be hopefully immerse myself in yours/family lifestyle.

I have met so many wonderful and amazing people on my travels and wouldn't want it to stop. I hope we can share stories, manners, cultures and experiences together so we can all grow old and tell our kids, grand kids of the amazing experiences we have gained in life without any regret.
