Hello, I'm Jeff, Jeffo, Jeffasaurus whatever fun nickname you want to give me - please do! And I will reciprocate.

I love playing guitar, writing music, playing music with others and creating in general. We consume a lot these days physically but I don't think we create enough spiritually?! Whether it's art or memories. I love any adventure in nature - cliff jumping, hiking, surfing or just walking. I love cooking - I'm not a vegan but I cook mostly plant based! My specialties are banana oatmeal pancakes, or banana ice cream yum yum! I also really love yoga (especially acrobatic yoga).

I host a podcast and travel channel on youtube called, "Vicarious Diaries" where I give people the opportunity to share their travel journey's and life lessons. Sometimes it's difficult to explain exactly what happened traveling so my goal is to create a proper setting and outlet for people to inspire the world, especially to those who are less fortunate and can't physically see EARTH!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Wanderlust is a must, make new friends that will last a lifetime and keep the old. I want to meet people from other walks of life and enjoy life outside of my comfort zone.

Played ice hockey against the Women's IIHF team from Iceland and partied with the team after the game

Helped the homeless (future goals) :)
- want to film a documentary with the homeless in combination with our music

Traveled solo for 4 months in Europe to 10 different countries.....changed my life, I would be more then happy to share my life lessons and fun or inspiring stories with you :)
