Overview
About Me
I spent some time last summer couchsurfing and camping around Canada and the US, and I've decided to spend the spring seeing whatever I can see and meeting whomever I can meet.
I'll be travelling via train through: the UK, Denmark, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Italy, and Holland (or something like that).
I am comfortable with any level of commitment from my hosts. If you're busy with work or school, I'm happy to explore the area on my own. But if you have the time, I would love to hang out - whether that be some casual conversations at home, nights out in the city, or days enjoying the outdoors. To me, Couchsurfing is a mutual experience, and I want to do my best to make sure we both get the most out of it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Love the trust aspect of Couchsurfing. It's easy to live in a bubble, but some of the most enriching experiences in my life have come from stepping outside of what's certain and familiar, and trusting new people.
My past experiences Couchsurfing around North America have led to some pretty priceless memories, and I am excited to keep the train rolling with a trip around Europe.
Interests
- live music

Music, Movies, and Books
I'll just list a few things.
Music: Just about everything. Really looking forward to exploring local music scenes in different parts of the world. Some random examples: Do Make Say Think, Fela Kuti, J Dilla, Lunice, Grimes, James Brown, etc.
If it's live music, I'm interested in checking it out.
Books: Lots of stuff!
David Foster Wallace, Kurt Vonnegut, F. Scott Fitzgerald, James Baldwin, Joseph Conrad, Hemingway, Jane Jacobs- anything you'd expect to see sitting next to a cappuccino in a softly lit and sparsely liked Instagram post.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can play a little bit of guitar, but we'd both probably be better off if I didn't.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Scotland, United States
