ABOUT ME

I am an adventurer. I grow restless living in the same place for too long and often move. Travelling is my passion as it gives me opportunity to meet new and interesting people everyday. I enjoy singing, playing piano, making/studying/watching films, learning about the world around me, and living life in the present.

PHILOSOPHY

Focusing too much on the horizon makes us blind to what is right next to us. I do not judge people based on religion, sexuality, gender, age, or appearance. The only thing in life that you can control is how you respond to the changes around you.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a new participant to CS, but I hope to become a larger participant in the future. At the moment I am hoping it will allow me to meet new people on my travels as well as give me a place to lay my head. I love meeting new and interesting people and it seems CS is full of just those types of people!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Every couch I surfed has been a great experience! I will update with further details at the end of my journey. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Kubrick, Scorcese, Aronofsky and more recently Nolan are some of my favorite directors. I am a film fanatic and can discuss the film-making process in detail with anyone interested enough to participate :P

Music: Recently I've been introduced to Digitalism, Justice, Rodrigo y Gabriela, VHS or Beta, As Tall as Lions, and the Black Keys. All great! Some of my fav bands are Led Zep, Tool, Incubus, NIN, Citizen Cope, Crystal Method, Massive Attack, etc. I love music, and have been trying my hand at creating some recently. I love to sing, although I'm a bit shy about it

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've bungie-jumped off a bridge in Guatemala, gone to a free concert in San Francisco with 750,000 other people, and driven around a autocross course as fast as my little car could go. :)

Learn: I want to learn how to be a participant in this crazy altruistic idea known as couchsurfing!
