ABOUT ME

I have worked in TV broadcasting over 30 years. I have participated in the production of many hit television shows. In the early 80’s I started as a field producer for Westinghouse Broadcastings PM /Evening Magazine. I settled in the Boston area in 1981 and worked for the Public Affairs Department and News operations at WBZ-TV and later transitioned to PBS station WGBH where I worked on This Old House, Victory Garden, Mystery Theater and Masterpiece Theater. During the summer of 1986 I moved out to Los Angeles as an employee of a startup cable channel called Movietime, which is now known as E! Entertainment. During my time in Los Angeles I have worked for many news organizations and daytime / primetime television shows too numerous to mention.

In my 30 years of broadcast experience the shows I have worked on have been the recipients of a number of Emmy Awards, A Gabriel Award, The Ohio State Award and a Golden Microphone for best spot news reporting.
Presently I am working as the Marketing Director for Gambacorta Law, an immigration lawyer www.gambacortalaw.com. I was and sometimes still work as a freelancer in the Los Angeles/ Phoenix area. During the last election I shot the CNN election year promos, promos for CBS shot in High Definition, touring with NBC Network News for the Democratic & Republican National Conventions as well as the Debates.

I also have a great love of Photography, which I have enjoyed since the age of 13. I first started with a VX1000 totally manual Exacta camera and did all my own developing and printing. Through High School I was Photo Editor of the High School Yearbook even though upperclassmen normally hold the position. I attended the Nikon School of Photography in the 70’s as well as getting my Bachelors Degree at Emerson College. I worked as a Cameraman and freelanced for UPI while in Boston and I have been published in the New York Times. Presently I live in the Greater Phoenix area
