About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To work, to travel and to meet some interesting people

ABOUT ME

Well, I'm the easygoing type. Optimistic and positive to the not-so-bitter end and certainly in the dreamer category, much to the chagrin of frustrated employers gone by...

I am near "that age" where I slowly realise life is short, time is precious and experiences are key.

So with that in mind, I travel and force myself to be interested in the small things aswell as the more obvious big things.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is too short to be angry, regretful or worried for more than the slightest length of time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted for a fairly intense period in 2007, an awesome experience and all surfers were great company.

For 2008, I've only now just moved back into my flat but I won't be hosting too much but hopefully a little. I will perhaps be more open to hosting over the Festival period (August) as I know it can be crazy busy around then and a spare couch or 2 would be more appreciated then!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfing: Did 2 weeks in America which was a great experience. They get a bad press, but Americans must be the most generous guys and gals out there.

Also went to Paris with a good friend and surfed near Sacre Coeur/Opera. I was lucky enough to surf with brilliant, brilliant hosts when I was there. All good.

Hosting: Hosted tonnes of truly fabulous people between June and October 2007.
