Overview
About Me
I'm a 29 year old Irish guy exploring and learning from different cultures!
I enjoy anything outdoors and I'm always looking for a new adventure!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
While driving my camper van around New Zealand, I met a group of Couch Surfers and travelled with them for a week. It was a great experience and one of them even stayed in my place for a week afterwards.
Then I made great friends while couchsurfing in the Maldives.
I always found that I learn much more about the culture and lifestyle of a place when couchsurfing instead of staying in a hostel with no local people.
I'm currently not hosting as I'm traveling but will start again when I settle somewhere.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have an eclectic taste in Music. I generally like anything that isn't too heavy.
I enjoy reading non fiction books. My favourite book is 'Into Thin Air' by Jon Krakauer. It tells the story of the Mt Everest disaster in 1997. I also enjoyed 'Into The Wild' by the same author.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I bought a motorbike in India and drove across the Himalayas to Kathmandu, Nepal, where I hiked to Mt Everest Base Camp.
