ABOUT ME

Hey couch surfers my name is Jeff Chang and I am a pretty chill person, I think hahhaha. I enjoy hanging with my friends, playing video games, playing my guitar and piano and doing a lot of sports. I am always interested in doing adventurous stuff or seeing things that I have never seen before. I like meeting people and learning about their experiences. Throughout my 22 years of life I am beginning to understand this world is huge and I hope to learn more about people in it. I think my friends would describe me as trustworthy and caring but also dirty and maybe self absorbed haha although I definitely try not to be the last two. I am a Christian and my faith is what really drives my direction in life but I do respect other peoples beliefs and certainly do not push mine upon others. I love Asian food especially Chinese food, Japanese, and Vietnamese cuisine. I also love cheese and mint chip ice cream. I dislike fake people, cocky people, extreme heights, vegetables,and school. I am trying to study to become a dentist. I don't really like to party much or drink just not my scene. I like daydreaming a lot and thinking about different things of the world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now in the CS project I hope to learn more about different cultures and people throughout the world so I can get a more holistic view of different cultures and beliefs.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never done any couch surfing but am intrigued by the idea and opportunities.

Interests

- I love sports and my favorite team is the Golden State Warriors NBA basketball team.
- I love to play guitar, sing and dance but usually by myself cause I am kind of shy hahaha.
- I play video games
- I love running or going on walks cause its cool to just sometimes sit back and enjoy the things around you.
- I love my friends and I am trying to learn how to become a good friend
- I like playing basketball its my favorite sport next to wrestling.
- I like doing outdoors things and stuff that I normally would not be able to do in regular daily life.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite movies- are romantic comedies, comedies, and action movies. You've Got Mail, Count of Monte Cristo, and many Jackie Chan movies are on my list of favorites.

Music- I listen to a lot of different types of music American Pop, Korean Pop, Christian music, Classical, some jazz. My favorite song of all time is Canon in D

Books- Don't read much besides text books but I like reading comic books especially japanese manga. I also am one of the millions of Harry Potter fans.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Haha not much

-I have seen the Great Wall of China pretty uneven surface and hard to walk on.
- I have been on the twin towers or one of them.
- I have been to China, Mexico, Canada, Australia, and the United States.
- I am going to backpack Europe with my friends.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to roll sushi, play some beginning guitar and piano, a little basketball, some English, and a little Cantonese on the side.
