Hi there! I’m Jeff, a 27-year-old physical education teacher from Hong Kong.
Sports have always been a huge part of my life — my main passion is Touch Football, a fast, fun, and highly social sport that has connected me with amazing people around the world.

This year, my girlfriend and I decided to take a bold step — we both left our teaching jobs to spend a year exploring the world. We hope this journey will help us grow, see different ways of life, and bring back new stories and perspectives to share with our students.

I’m an easygoing and active person who loves meeting new people, learning from different cultures, and finding common ground through food, sports, and laughter.

I like pop music, like Justin Bieber, Billie Eilish, Post Malone...
I also like to listen to Canto Pop/ Taiwan music too.

For movies, I love Spiderman Series, and I like the "Top Gun Maverick" very much.

I seldom read books and if I do, I only read Chinese books, so not much to be recommended for you.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am very lucky to be selected to represent Hong Kong to play in the Touch World Cup 2024 held in Nottingham, UK. For the first time that I could really go outside the world to travel around and met the world. It is a wonderful experience, which this year I would love to go over the world to look at this world, to understand, to learn, and to have fun around the trip. And most importantly, hope that I can share my experiences to my students which could ignite them to explore the world!

Little update now, we are now travelling around South America, we just finished Antarctica, it was amazing shape. I can’t wait to share with my host privilege this experiences.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share stories from my life as a teacher and athlete, and I’d love to introduce you to Touch Football if you’ve never played before!
We’re also happy to cook some simple Asian or Hong Kong–style meals, or help out around the house in any way.

Most of all, we want to bring positive energy, curiosity, and respect into your home — and hopefully, we’ll leave as friends rather than just guests.
