About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Don't worry... Be happy =)

ABOUT ME

Y'know, I'm kind of all over the place these days...

PHILOSOPHY

Don't ever be afraid of change.
But always keep in mind why you're changing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I've mostly attended meetings and night programmes. The most interesting ones were a luau at Praia Vermelha, the New Year celebrations at Praia de Copacabana, and St. Patrick's Day drinking at La Esquina, downtown Rio.

Interests

I'm very interesting in science, music and games. On that, I'm very open-minded, but kind of biased towards math and engineering, rock and metal, and... well... any games =)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: all kinds, spanning almost everything from good ol' James Brown to Demi Lovato with a quick stop at Israel Kamakawiwo'ole. Special place in my heart for 70's rock like Deep Purple and Pink Floyd, and progressive metal like Dream Theater or Symphony X.
Movies/Series: I'm a sponge, (probably) except for horror movies.
Books: wish I had more time for them. Last thing I got to read was the Harry Potter series (only the first two books).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been playing keyboards for over a year with a power metal band named Skyrion. Their second album (my first with them) is about to be released (as of April'14), and it's sounding awesome!
Plus, I've been doing some cool work on education, thinking and developing models of random testing. It's still early, but sounds really promising.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm quite versed on topics like math, programming, and music. I'm always willing to talk whatever length of time on these subjects.
On learning, I'm very open-minded. I'm eager to learn what you're eager to teach me ;)

And sharing, well... I guess I'll have to wait for what spontaneously comes out :)
