Work hard, play hard! I love to travel and meet people from different countries ... Preferably immersing myself in the local culture rather than doing mostly tourist things ... I enjoy learning new languages and teaching mine (English). I don't have a Facebook anymore because I saw one too many photos of my 'friend's food!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A friend of mine uses it a lot and told me about it. I'm curious and seems to fit my interest in learning new cultures, not just being a tourist. So far it has been fantastic.

Interests

I am a musician and usually have a guitar with me to strum on, whether at home, in the office or while traveling. I like to boat, find a cove and anchor there with my friends a cooler full of beer and a few guitars. Although I am up in the air a lot for my work, I like to travel by train when I am on vacation time ... Sometimes just going on the train and not knowing where I will stop.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing to me may be different than it is for you ... To me I've done many amazing things. I went to London Business School for a one month program ... That's not the amazing part. The amazing part was that there were 30 people in the class from 23 different countries, incredible cultural dive.
