My mission? Simple, see more or the world, meet new people, and photograph the hell out of it!

ABOUT ME

I'm a married father of one beautiful daughter, and we all live on a lake in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. I grew up in Connecticut, but after serving four years in the U.S. Air Force stationed on what used to be the Pease Air Force Base, I fell in love with New Hampshire and never left.

I'm an auto repair technician to pay the bills, but my true passion is photography. Specifically nature, landscape and wildlife. I can often be found on the rocky NH seacoast waiting for the sun to rise, or hiking out of the White Mountains long after it has set.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Having no budget for traveling to the places I'd like to see, experience, and photograph, CS seems like a great way to be able to visit new places and meet new people. All without the high cost of lodging. All I need is a horizontal surface, be it a couch, a spare bed, or a piece of floor.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done so far was spending about an hour one morning with a mother black bear and her three cubs. Lots of great photos and Mom didn't eat me!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a nature, landscape, and wildlife photographer who knows his way around a camera. I've been told I'm quite good at photography, and have sold more than a few prints. I'm always willing to share my photographic knowledge with anyone interested in learning.
