ABOUT ME

Hey everyone, I'm Jeff. I'm an explorer at heart and am always searching for experiences in the backcountry.

Currently, I work at Lyft in operations and am an advocate for the maximized use of sharing technologies like CouchSurfing and Lyft.

Outside the day to days I brew funky beers, backpack, bike, and rock climb.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm an advocate for new experiences and connections. I like to travel, explore, and open my door for others to do the same. I hope CS will elevate my opportunities for these things, and look forward to travels.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only one so far, and enjoyed every minute of it. I think there's a great deal of empty space between random people's connections, and feel that people inherently want to both help and meet new people.

In talking and debating with others about the CS experience, I find that I'm an advocate for trusting and testing the current mentality of people. There's an underlying fear of trusting and support strangers and I think these are areas our society lacks progression.

I'm here to challenge our society to support exploration through random interactions.

The values I hope to share with others comes from an authentic place. I've been brought up to challenge traditional ways of thinking, and do my every part to re-think, in positive ways, how to drive positive change. I'm an aficionado of independent music and craft beers, and actively support local business in my travels. I hope to learn from any connections, as well as teach what I have learned through my travels.
