我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

To help build a community of like minded travelers. I know people say CS is past its glory days, but I think there are still countless good experiences to be had. Hopefully I can do my part in making a better couchsurfing community.

Whenever I've had the pleasure of meeting other couchsurfers, I can genuinely say that each of those experiences were truly special. I hope to keep that fire burning!

兴趣

My greatest passion is the outdoors. I love fishing, hiking and wilderness backpacking. There's almost nothing I'd rather be doing than trekking through the mountains. Anything that has to do with nature, I'm a big nerd for.

I also enjoy learning about new cultures, new music, the NBA, entrepreneurship, environmental conservation, animal ecology and history.

Music: I love hip hop. But I enjoy all music. Big fan of karaoke. I probably listen to more podcasts these days especially podcasts by comedians.

Movies: I'm a sucker for dumb comedies and popcorn action flicks. I also love watching nature documentaries, especially the works of Attenborough. VICE also takes up a lot of viewing hours.

Books: I love fantasy and am avid reader, my kindle goes everywhere with me. The Expanse, A Song of Ice and Fire, Stormlight Archives, Mistborn, Kingkiller Chronicles are all favorites of mine. I'm also a big fan of Jack London and his work. Into the Wild and Into Thin Air are another two of my favorite reads.

I can teach you as much useless NBA trivia as you can handle. I'll also help anyone that wants to learn English or Chinese. I'm also passionate about entrepreneurship so if you want to swap stories or just listen to me ramble about business, I'm your guy. I love cooking, and if you do too, it'll be fun to swap recipes/techniques.

But mostly, I want to hear your stories! I love learning from other travelers and listening to their adventures. Listening to the journeys of fellow travelers keeps me inspired to keep on trekking the world!
