Born in Ukraine, moved to New York with my family and grew up there... Last few years I have had the pleasure to travel, see most of Western Europe and recently most of South East Asia...

I have recently moved to London, starting a new adventure!!!

LOVE TO TRAVEL! Outgoing! Very friendly, Always up for anything! Love to experience everything in life, different cultures, unique places, meet amazing people along the way! I am very active, play ice hockey, football... Up for anything from ziplining to trekking to rock climbing! I am also creative, sometimes a freelance photographer

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to meet locals everywhere i travel, there are no strangers, just people you aren't friends with yet!
Haven't had the opportunity to host yet, but always like showing people New York, when I lived there.

Always take local transport, be among the people, hate touristy traps...
I am also a freelance photographer, I love Travel Photography, I want to inspire others through my photos to travel, to experience the places that I have been fortunate to visit, take in the culture, the beauty of some of the most amazing places on earth :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't hosted, but I have met a few people around NY and shown them the city, and gave them a taste of the Big Apple! Everywhere I go I always want to meet the locals, and experience the city and culture through the eyes of the locals because that is the only want to get the authentic experience.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

* Looking up at the Sistine Chapel as a little kid in Vatican City
* Living just outside of Roma, Italy in 1990, selling communist goods to curious Italians for a few months!
* Bar Hopping through Madrid, from Plaza Mayor, to mesones (cava bars), to chatting up the policia madrid, getting back to the hotel room, not remembering how I got there :)
* Partying in Prague for New Years with my twin brother! First, getting stuck in a mosh-pit on Charles Bridge 10 minutes prior to midnight, seeing some of the best fireworks ever, then heading down to Wecheslas Square and experience how the locals celebrate New Years, all in all staying up all night partying on the cheap side!
* Having some waffles and a crazy time in Antwerp with a bunch of friends
* Drinking, partying, and even singing in Dusseldorf with some of my favorite people
* Climbing up the stairs of the Eiffel Tower in Paris
* Hanging out with friends in Lisbon, Barrio Alto (High City) until 3 am when the party spilled out into the streets :)
* Exploring the Tower of Belem (outside of Lisbon) and stuffing myself with Pasteis de Belem hmmmm!
* Visiting Auschwitz/Birkenau nging out in Amsterdam, seeing EPOC Live in concert in one of the coolest underground clubs ever...Concentration camps... very moving experience
* Next Day shaking off some aggression with my friend Soviet AK 47 Kalashnikov Machine gun :)
* Crazy fun times in Paris for 3 day celebration of my friends' Birthday, the Pre-Bastille Party, the Kebabs,
* best fireworks show ever with Eiffel Tower as the backdrop!!
* Seeing the Sunset at Angkor Wat, Cambodia, breathtaking!
* Lying on the deck of a little boat in Halong Bay, Vietnam starring at the stars thinking,'It does not get better than THIS!'
* Elephant trekking in Koh Phangan, Thailand
